Broiled Fish with Dill Tartar Sauce

Serve with sauteed onion and red peppers and crusty dinner rolls

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation Time: 5 min; Cook Time: 10 min



Dill Tartar Sauce:
Stir together mayonnaise, pickle relish and dill weed in small bowl and set aside.

Stir melted butter and lemon juice together in small bowl. Oil broiler pan; place fish on oiled pan. Brush with butter mixture.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with butter mixture.

Serve fish topped with a dollop of tartar sauce, a sprig of fresh dill and a quartered lemon.
